Thank you for visiting our website.  If you're looking for a perfect place to spend your Central Florida vacation we know you'll love our home.  We call it Sunshine Villa because warm sunshine is what we dream about during our too long New England winters.  Florida is the "Sunshine State" and our villa lets you enjoy your holiday no matter when you pay a visit.

Sunshine Villa is located in the Indian Creek development in Kissimmee.  Indian creek is only five minutes from Walt Disney World and is a beautiful community to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.  Indian Creek offers two play areas for children with one that is just a two minute walk from Sunshine Villa.  It also has two tennis courts, a basketball court and a small putting green.  Almost all the homes in this very well maintained development have private swimming pools and it is a very pleasent area to walk about.

Indian Creek is just 1 1/2 miles from Rt. 192, a major shopping, restaurant and entertainment area.  The closest shopping center is the Formosa Gardens Village, which features a large supermarket and a selection of shops and restaurants.

Sunshine Villa Has Everything!

This Luxurious, Five Star, 6 Bedroom Vacation Home has been completely renovated, decorated and refurnished in July 2009. The top quality, beautiful furnishings are all brand new - this home really has everything!  

 

Every bedroom has a 22 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio and telephone. The living room has a 47 inch full HD flat screen TV with CD/DVD player and home theater sound system with iPod hookup. The cable TV system includes over 250 channels as well as over 40 music channels and FREE, high speed wireless internet access. 

 

There is also unlimited FREE local, national and international telephone calling. The fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances including a gas range, side-by-side fridge/freezer with automatic cubed ice, crushed ice and iced water dispenser. The large enclosed pool is fenced for privacy as is the side garden where children can play safely.
